These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and NodePace. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and we will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page.
2. Services Provided
NodePace provides a non-custodial interface that allows users to interact with various decentralized protocols on public blockchains. Our Services include, but are not limited to, tools for multi-chain wallet integration, interacting with decentralized finance (DeFi) applications, and a marketplace for creating, buying, and selling Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). NodePace is not a wallet provider, broker, financial institution, or creditor. All transactions are conducted peer-to-peer on the blockchain, and we do not have custody or control over your digital assets.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your own conduct while using our Services and for any consequences thereof. By using NodePace, you agree to:
Circumstance
- Maintain Wallet Security: You are responsible for the security of your crypto wallet, private keys, and any seed phrases. NodePace will never ask you for your private keys. Losing access to your wallet will result in the permanent loss of your digital assets.
- Comply with Laws: You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including any regulations related to cryptocurrency and digital assets in your jurisdiction.
- Assume Transaction Risk: You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before approving them. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and NodePace has no ability to reverse or refund any transactions.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the NodePace platform, including our logo, branding, text, graphics, and code, is owned by or licensed to NodePace. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent. When you create, buy, or sell an NFT through our marketplace, you own the underlying token, but the intellectual property rights to the associated artwork or media remain with the original creator unless specified otherwise in the NFT's metadata or terms.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.
